General Terms and Conditions
•We take the greatest care in handling items received, however the items will not be  checked or counted. Laserlab Engraving CC does not take responsibility for any  shortages or any  damages.
•A security system linked to an armed response company is installed on the premises. •Laserlab Engraving CC does not take responsibility for any loss or damage to received   goods on our premises.
•To ensure the best quality marking or engraving, we require if possible a sample item.
Artwork
•As far as possible all artwork should be send in a suitable format. The following formats  are  ideal: High plotter file format(plt), Coreldraw 12,dxf, dsw, editable vector pdf. All text  need to be converted to curves.
•If your artwork needs modification or need to be change to a suitable format, an artwork  fee will be added to your invoice, depending on the level of difficulty.
Payment
•All work is strictly cash on collection, unless prior arrangements.
•A 50% deposit is required before work commences.
•Work will only commence if the deposit is reflected in our bank account.
•Goods will only be released once balance of invoice reflects in our bank account.
•Items engraved or marked remain the property of Laserlab Engraving CC until fully paid  for.
Deliveries
•All prices are quoted on the assumption that the client will deliver / pick up the order.
•Unless prior arrangements have been made for a courier service, Laserlab Engraving  CC  does not provide a delivery or pick up service for products or samples.
•If your items need to be transported with a courier service, please arrange your own   insurance for the goods in transit. Laserlab Engraving CC does not take responsibility  for  any loss/ damage of goods in any form of transit.
